Building a content library around a hotel with history literally built into its walls.

01 / THE BRIEF

A Sense of Place, Not Just a Room Tour

Hotel Indigo properties are built around neighborhood storytelling — but a hotel standing in the shadow of Wawel Castle, inside one of Europe's best-preserved old towns, needed content that did more than show off rooms. It needed to capture where it is, not just what it is.

The brief was simple to state and harder to execute: move beyond one-off social posts and build a proper content library — something the hotel's team could draw on across channels, seasons, and campaigns, not just a single Instagram cycle.

02 / THE APPROACH

Slow Down to Stand Out

Kraków's Old Town rewards patience — the light on the stone, the detail in the ironwork, the quiet of the courtyard before the city wakes up. So instead of fast cuts and trending formats, we built the shoot around natural light, architectural framing, and the small sensory details a rushed edit would skip entirely.

The goal wasn't to make the hotel look like anywhere. It was to make it look like here — unmistakably Kraków, unmistakably Wawel, unmistakably Indigo.

03 / THE PROCESS

Discovery — Understanding the property's design language, the neighborhood's story, and how the hotel's team wanted to use the content across their channels.

Creative Planning — Mapping the shoot around light (early morning for the courtyard, golden hour for the facade) and the spaces that best express the hotel's connection to the Old Town.

Production — On-location shooting across interiors, architectural details, and guest-facing spaces.

Editing — Color graded and edited to feel cohesive as a library, not a set of disconnected clips.

Delivery — Organized and delivered ready for the hotel's marketing team to use across social, web, and campaigns.
